Montenegro (Black Mountain) is a sovereign state in Southeastern Europe. Podgorica is the capital and largest city of Montenegro while Cetinje is designated as the Old Royal Capital (prijestonica). The city was also called Titograd between 1946 and 1992 when Montenegro was part of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, in honour of Josip Broz Tito.
The official language in Montenegro is Montenegrin. Also, Serbian, Bosnian, Albanian and Croatian are recognized in usage. (Source)
